Hello All.
Jacob is down for a nap.. and I got to thinking....I've been so busy with my photography and getting that going.. that I haven't even had time to post any pictures of Jake! He is getting so big. He loves to give eskimo kisses. He is starting to say please. When we tell him to put things back, he does. I just love that little guy so much. He has been walking a few steps in between Jordan and I. Not too much longer now, and he'll be running all over the house!
So the in-laws are coming for a visit next weekend and their bringing papa with them. We're really looking forward to it. Next weekend is also the Easter Photoshoot. I have 24 moms coming with their little ones. It should be fun. Hopefully it doesn't rain.. Anyways. Here is a picture of Jake :) Have a good day everyone

Maternity Shoot

Hello All!
How is everyone? I am great! As many of you know, we have found out that we are pregnant with our second baby :) Very exciting.
And on top of that, I had a wonderful photoshoot with a girl named Kayla on Wednesday. It was her maternity shoot. She brought along her beautiful little girl and her fiance. The shoot went really well. It was lots of fun. I have a family photoshoot on Sunday. Stay tuned for pictures of that.

Hello Everyone,
It's been a while since I've blogged but I have been busy busy. Spring is here. The sun is shining and everyone seems to be smiling more lately.
With good weather, brings people who want their photos done. Which is great. I'm booked with photo sessions for the next month which is nice. I never expected this much postive response but i'll take it!
On Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing the Vedd family. They have two adorable little kids. It was so fun watching the kids run around. It was sure difficult to get them looking at the camera at the same time! It was such a good experiance and I look forward to photographing the next family.
Tomorrow I have a maternity shoot which I am really looking forward to. Stay tuned for pics of that! But in the mean time, take a look at some of the photos from Sunday :)

Spring?

Hello
What beautiful weather we have been having! Driving with the windows down is such a good feeling! Goodbye winter. I may be speaking too soon, but I am so ready for spring.
The nice weather has motivated me to get out into the Kamloops community and start advertising my photography. And boy what an awesome response I have gotten so far! It's so encouraging. I have a photoshoot this Sunday so stay tuned for photos :) Hopefully the weather will be nice!
I've been keeping busy by hanging out with Jordan and Jacob. Jakeys a little sick right now. Poor little guy. We took a drive out to SunPeaks the other day. I had never been. What beautiful, ridiculous homes up there! Othen than that, I've just been walking and taking advantage of the weather.
I snapped a picture of Diesel and Ruby soaking up the sunshine in the back yard. So thats today's blog's photo :)

Happy Monday

Hello!
It's mid afternoon and Jakey is down for his nap. Jordans home for the week because he has reading break. So we're just relaxing and eating lunch. Mom and Dad left today. Of course, the day they leave, the sun decides to come out! It is such a nice day today.
It was nice having mom and dad up here. It was a relaxing weekend. We went for dinner one night, and on Sunday they took us to the Wildlife Park. It was neat to see all the animals. Most of them were hiding from the wind. So we didn't get to see all of them. But I managed to get a few pictures.
Not sure what we're doing for the rest of the day..... but as long as I'm back before The Bachelor, I'm happy. Emily or Chantel?? hmmm.. very exciting.
I better get back to my tuna sandwich! Happy Monday everyone :)

Trip Home

I had a wonderful trip home. I didn't get to see as many people as I would have liked to, but all in all it was fun. I enjoyed staying with the in-laws, and so did Jakey. He clung to grandma the whole week! The weather was decent. Rainy and windy a few days, but the sun also made an apperance a few times.
On one of the sunny days I was able to get Sarah over for a photo shoot in the in-laws backyard. It was my first actual photoshoot. It was fun to play around with the lighting and different ideas. I love love love taking pictures. I sure hope I can make a little business out of this. I'd love to bring in an income to help out Jordan. It's so tough with my back being so sore. It really limits me to having a normal job. So photography would be great! I could work for myself!
Anyways, I am so unbelievably tired. It's only 8:30pm but I am off to bed. Looking forward to it. Have a good weekend! Here's some pics of Wednesday's photoshoot.

Trout Fishin'

Well hello
It's late, and way past my bedtime. But I am comfortable laying on the couch with my laptop on my lap. I've been editing photos for over two hours. I can't stop. I'm addicted. I tried to put the computer down and tell myself that I would finish tomorrow, but no such luck. I finally finished.
We went out trout fishing today with some friends and it was so nice and relaxing. We had a fire, the guys fished and the girls just hung out. I was going crazy with my camera as usual. I got some really cute pictures of Brittany's boys, as well as some scenery pictures.
I won't be posting a blog for at least 5 days because Jordan is taking the laptop away from me when he goes back up to Kamloops. I am still staying in Campbell River until Thursday so I hope to take some more photos and have lots to edit when I go home. Anyways, it's late, and I should be heading to bed.
