Sunshine and Flowers

May has been a busy month so far. Lots of photoshoots. And lots to do around the house. Less than one month and we'll be back on the Island. I'm really looking forward to it. I guess we'll need to start paking soon. I'm sad to leave this beautiful warm weather though... but I'm sure the weather on the Island will behave once I get there.....(maybe wishful thinking) I got my first burn of the year yesterday! and it feels GREAT!
Jacob is getting big. He has 4 more teeth to go and then he's done with teeth! If he's eating and see you have a drink, he makes you cheers him. It's pretty darn cute. He loves flowers. He'll start sniffing when the flowers are on the other side of the road. He's still sleeping like a champ which I'm loving. I wish I could say the same for me but nope. Getting up 4 times in the night to pee is not fun. Oh the joys of pregnancies. I heard baby's hearbeat for the first time at tuesday's doctors appointment. That was such an unreal feeling :) Makes it much more real. Lots of people think I'm having a girl. (wishful thinking if you ask me) I know I'm having a boy. Im so confident that I'm having a boy that I'm considering going ahead and doing the nursery with a boy theme. I'm sure Jordan will stop me from that..
Anywho.. here are some photos of the shoot I did yesterday. Such a nice family. Three kids. I dont know how they do it. I think i'll be stopping at two. :)

Easter Weekend Wedding

Hello Everyone
I haven't blogged in awhile. Again I have been super busy. My latest adventure was photographing a wedding this last easter weekend at O'keefe Ranch in Vernon. It was a perfect day. Not a cloud in the sky. The groom was grinning from ear to ear and then bride was glowing. I'm so happy that they allowed me to be a part of their special day. Another Great Shoot

This last Saturday I met with a wonderful family and took their photos. She was pregnant and BEAUITFUL! She made my job very easy. And her son was very co-operative.. So all in all it was a nice shoot. I was pleased with the way the photos turned out.
Other than being busy with photoshoots, i've just been enjoying the weather and trying to conquer this morning sickness. ughhh! Anywho.... here is some photos from this last weekend.

Easter Is On It's Way!

Hello Everyone
Wow have I ever been busy! The latest on my agenda was the Spring Easter Photoshoot this last weekend. I had a huge turn out of moms with their adorable children. It was so much fun taking pictures of the little ones. They were amazed by the set. One little guy decided to destruct the set and throw eggs. So hilarious :)
So far the moms have loved my sneak peak photos that I've posted so thats great :) Im glad that Kamloops is so warm and welcoming here. I don't think I'll ever leave :)
The rest of this month is jam packed with family shoots, maternity shoots, newborn shoots, and even a wedding. Should be fun. The end of the day is here. I am laying on the couch in my pjs, about to have a cup of tea :)
On top of that, I had my first prenatal visit at the doctors. I met my doctor and he's great. I've very excited about the whole pregnancy. My due date is November 28th as of right now :)

Hello All.
Jacob is down for a nap.. and I got to thinking....I've been so busy with my photography and getting that going.. that I haven't even had time to post any pictures of Jake! He is getting so big. He loves to give eskimo kisses. He is starting to say please. When we tell him to put things back, he does. I just love that little guy so much. He has been walking a few steps in between Jordan and I. Not too much longer now, and he'll be running all over the house!
So the in-laws are coming for a visit next weekend and their bringing papa with them. We're really looking forward to it. Next weekend is also the Easter Photoshoot. I have 24 moms coming with their little ones. It should be fun. Hopefully it doesn't rain.. Anyways. Here is a picture of Jake :) Have a good day everyone

Maternity Shoot

Hello All!
How is everyone? I am great! As many of you know, we have found out that we are pregnant with our second baby :) Very exciting.
And on top of that, I had a wonderful photoshoot with a girl named Kayla on Wednesday. It was her maternity shoot. She brought along her beautiful little girl and her fiance. The shoot went really well. It was lots of fun. I have a family photoshoot on Sunday. Stay tuned for pictures of that.

Beautiful Day, Beautiful Family

Hello Everyone,
It's been a while since I've blogged but I have been busy busy. Spring is here. The sun is shining and everyone seems to be smiling more lately.
With good weather, brings people who want their photos done. Which is great. I'm booked with photo sessions for the next month which is nice. I never expected this much postive response but i'll take it!
On Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing the Vedd family. They have two adorable little kids. It was so fun watching the kids run around. It was sure difficult to get them looking at the camera at the same time! It was such a good experiance and I look forward to photographing the next family.
Tomorrow I have a maternity shoot which I am really looking forward to. Stay tuned for pics of that! But in the mean time, take a look at some of the photos from Sunday :)
